Rooted Mamas Boutique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rooted Mamas Boutique! 🤎 We work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 for orders under $75.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Rooted Mamas Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rooted Mamas Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always do our best to help you locate your order.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available on Fridays only.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with your pickup time and pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive that email before arriving to pick up your order.

Pickup times are assigned to help us keep orders organized and make sure your package is ready when you arrive. If you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact us so we can arrange another Friday pickup.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
