Shipping Policy

At Rooted Mamas Boutique, we take pride in offering a thoughtful and seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders of $50 or less and complimentary shipping on all orders over $50. Eligible shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order includes a pre-order item, additional processing time may be required. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order pieces will always be noted within the product listing. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as Rooted Mamas Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we always hope for smooth delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
